In what ways have the terrorists NOT won?

Here's what's happened since 9/11:

- We've got a bankrupted Republic, due in no small part to a multi-trillion dollar war on an emotion, the Department of Homeland Security's massive budget, and the mortgage-lending rules that were relaxed after 9/11.
- We have no 4th Amendment, as the NSA can now monitor every email and every phone call passing through American telecoms without warrants.
