Lynn Marie Bapp, 46, of Cohasset, Minn., passed away, July 24, 2009, in Duluth, Minn.

She was born July 5, 1963, in St. Paul, Minn.

On a 3-2 vote today, the Koochiching County Board endorsed a proposal by the Ranier City Council to annex the unincorporated areas around it.
