Christmas Trees
November 25, 2007 - 11:36am — six-shooter
Growing up I have always had a real tree and that is the way it is now. What does your families prefer?

We had the same fake tree...
Back to page topWe had the same fake tree until I was about 20. Then they started getting real trees. Other than the nice smell, I didn't see a benefit of having a real tree - more clean up but took a lot less room to store *L*
Fake, and recycled. Don't...
Back to page topFake, and recycled. Don't like to water trees, wood floors and all that. They make candles that make the house smell good. I have my green at the same time being green, but I am still going to have a steak tonight over a propane grill at -5, thats livin. Oh, and Merry Christmas.
Doorsman, Oh, how I envy...
Back to page topDoorsman,
Oh, how I envy you, with the -5 grilled steak! What I wouldn't give for a "Grainbelt" beer right now. I'm getting my fake tree out tomorrow (my southern dogs are wimps, and are alergic to pine needles). Go figure! Anyway, Merry "Christ"mas to you and ALL in I-Falls. If I can get these "honey-do" lists done, I'm headed up to the Appalachian Trail, and scout out my next segment of hiking. Was up there last weekend and what a difference of 6,000 ft in elevation makes to the air temps. Some day I will make it all the way to Maine!!
