Under our Federal Homeland Security Laws and The Patriot Act, caller ID is not needed for any phoned threat of terror. Super computers at the NSA, CIA and FBI can track down calls with relative ease. You! Who called in the school threat last night, after a short lived surge of adrenalin thrill, you now, no doubt are so scared you can hardly think. You know that “that knock at the door is coming.” The only way you can help yourself is to turn yourself in. That is the first step towards being able sleep tonight and giving the judge at your future some latitude. Dude, remorse goes a long way towards probation and psychiatric help versus incarceration and PRISON RAPE. It's not very bright to create a terror incident less than a mile from the Canadian Border. Did you think this would be overlooked by the Federal Government. You are toast if you don’t turn yourself in. (Like right now chummy.) TO YOUR FRIENDS: Forget being this dudes “best friend” and instead become a local hero by turning this jerk in. Peer pressure is a top down thing, not a bottom to the top kind of deal. Also, It WILL come out that he/she/it told you all about this, and YOU said NOTHING! Avoid wrecking your life over someone else's mental disorder. Pick up that phone RIGHT NOW and turn your sick buddy. Whether your homey knows it or not, that would be an act of "True" friendship. He needs your help!

Back to page topIt's especially stupid since the feds have voiceprint technology that can sift through every call being made in the Falls and figure out which person in this itty-bitty town of ours made the threat. I doubt, Mongo, that your pleas will be heard by the little idiot rascal, but he had better know by now that he's toast. Yes, we're in a border town. Yes, we live in a post-9/11 world. And yes, a voiceprint is an accurate way of identifying a target. So, he's toast. I don't think a person can say anything other than that.
Too bad, little guy. I doubt it was worth it.

I have made a call to them to find out! Or is it going to end up being a local good ol' boys club kid and then a local cover up???? I am still not sending my child until they apprehend someone. Local law officer said Monday am it was "still under investigation" when I asked if anyone had been apprehended yet...and didn't seem to appreciate my straightforward question. Daily Journal is still a big blank of old news, so no help there either!

Back to page topjbsfighter----there is a school board meeting March 17 at 5:00 in the FHS cafeteria. I truely hope that there will be parents there with the questions that haven't been answered. Like I said not a word from anyone and they're just hoping that this will all go away and won't have to justify somehow what they did.Do they not value the citizens of this community enough to update the community in this hopefully ongoing investigation? Are they still on top of it or is it brushed off as a kid playing a stupid prank?

It looks like this crime is only solvable by the General Public. Time to make the recordings available for all local residents so the perpetrator is identified.
