Hello,

Can anyone recommend an apartment or house for rent in Ranier, or near Ranier. I am moving to the area April 26th and Im looking for a new place to live. I am alone, no pets, dont smoke. I have a small boat, and I plan on fishing as much as possible. I am also interested in buying a home if its $50k or less.

There are cabins near Ranier beach that are rented out I believe; possibly you could rent short-term 'till you could find the house you wanted to purchase. Anybody able to help luv2fish with this endevor? Or give a contact number if that place still rents those small cabins? Good luck to you and welcome to the area!!!

It's Lakeview cabins and the number is 286-5737. You could also try Taras Warf 286-5699. I hope this will help you out.

I know of a very nice place for rent which is right on the lake. I sent you a private message with contact information for the owner(if the place is still available).

If you are handy with a hammer and paint brush, you should have no problem finding a place in town for under 50K. I personally doubt 50K will get you even an ice house on the lake now a days.
