Anybody willing to offer rent to own or contract for deed?

My husband and I are looking for anyone who would be interested in contact from anyone willing to offer a rent to own or contract for deed situation in I Falls or surrounding areas (within 30 miles or so). We are employed in the Falls and have been driving back and forth from the Range area to work every week. Our house is on the market now on the Range but we need suitable housing to move back to this area. Being that there are many homes for sale in the area, just wanted to throw it out there if anyone is interested. The home must be two plus bedroom with garage for storage and preferably some land with it. Please let us know asap as we could move in July if it works out.
