Graves, 89, of International Falls, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008 at the Veterans Home, Silver Bay, Minn.<br /> Francis was born in Ulen, Minn., on April 17, 1919, to Frank and Ruth (Underdahl) Graves. He grew up in International Falls.<br /> He married Audrey Thorson on Sept. 12, 1941 in International Falls.<br /> Francis joined the Army on Nov. 19, 1942 and served in World War II.
