It's a terrible thing that has happened to Minneapolis! While watching all the news reports yesterday evening on television it was disturbing and unreal to watch. The footage they were showing me reminded me of watching a movie. One of those Die Hard movies where they have a lot of distruction that takes place throughout the film. But this WASN'T a movie I was watching. It was REAL and unsettling to watch. I often found at times not quite believing that this took part in MINNESOTA. We see so many disasters and school shootings etc. happening over the United States that when something this close to home happens (not to mention the state we live in), it's quite hard to believe and take in. A big THANK YOU out to all the Minnesotians that have come forth to help and rescue and do all that they can do in this terrible tragedy.
