Lefse

3 Cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup crisco (I use butter flavored)
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 Tablespoon surgar
1/2 tsp salt

whipping cream for preparing potatoes

Peel and boil red potatoes, mash potatoes with hand masher until well mashed.
Add whipping cream and using hand mixer beat or whip until potatoes are fluffy
Refrigerate the potatoes overnight. Best if well refrigerated.

*Note: use enough cream to make whipped mash potatoes
about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of cream for 5# of potatoes
