Outlaw, you may be wrong on the VP transition. I may be mistake too. It would not be a good decision by Hillary but I do think a termed President can be chosen and then voted in as VP. Certainly Carter or Bush41 could, but again this is vauge at best. The "FDR" amendment (20th) is fuzzy and could be open for interpretation. A good legal staff could take this to the big court. I am not sure who would off who first if Hillary and Bill where running mates.

Bill cannot be Vice President for the fact if the President Dies the Vice becomes President and he has already served the maximum time in office aloud, and lets face facts people if Hitlary Clinton is elected or Obama or even Ron Paul for that matter those 3 would have assassination attempts on their lives, Obama because he is black, Hitlary because she is a women and Ron Paul would be killed by either big business or rouge branches by the government since he clearly would change there money stealing ways.
