Arnold, 76, of International Falls, passed away Friday afternoon, July 4, 2008 in his home with his wife by his side.<br /> He was born in Kingston, Minn., on Sept. 6, 1931, to Ernest and Venus Arnold. He moved to International Falls with his parents as an infant where he was a life long resident.<br /> He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1948 to 1952.
