My suggestion would be to ask younger people about apartments and landlords they have rented from. The majority of the renters are younger so I think they have a better grasp on rental units. Many also can give you names of landlords that keep up their units as well as the slum lords to avoid. I don't think asking here will benefit you much because we are limited to what we can say and you cannot mention names, so you won't get all the facts here. Good luck!

I am presently looking for a place to rent in I Falls. I am looking for an apartment. But I am even considering looking for a room mate to share the cost of renting a house in I Falls.

Most landlords put their ads

Most landlords put their ads in the Journal. Right now there are alot of places for rent. Not all of the up town buildings have apartments in them. Most are empty. If the building has an apartment in it the landlord in most cases is whoever has a business in the building.

I was wondering if anyone knew who owns the apartments on main street? How do you contact the owners...what about rental housing in I. Falls? Any contact info would be appreciated. Thanks
