Book club
Rainy River Book Club will meet for a 10 a.m. brunch Saturday at the Holiday Inn. Books or poetry to be reviewed will be the reader’s choice. Gifts of books will be exchanged. For more information, call 286-5289.

Support group
“Surviving the Death of a Child” loss support group will be offered by Judy Kielczewski. The group will meet from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesdays, Dec. 15, 22 and 29, at the North Star Hospice Office, 900 Third St., in the upstairs conference room. Sessions are open to anyone in the community who has suffered a loss of a child at any time in their life and is seeking support. Anyone interested or wanting more information may contact Kielczewski at 1-807-274-7120.
