Center closed
Voyageurs National Park’s Rainy Lake Visitor Center will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving Day. The visitor center will be open Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors are welcome to the visitor center over the weekend to view exhibits, watch the park film, hike the Oberholtzer trail, and get started on holiday shopping.

Cardiac group
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday Thursday, the cardiac support group will not meet.

Senior dinner
Koochiching County Senior Center will host a Thanksgiving party Wednesday. “Borderland Pioneers” will perform at about 10:30 a.m.

Board of Education
A special meeting of Independent School District 361 Board of Education is planned for 5 p.m. Tuesday at Falls High School library.
