Old Business:
All members present that are interested in participating in the 100th Ranier Art Show that would like to make a trip to Ranier to sketch, paint and take photos need to contact each other soon.
Land of the Lady Slipper Festival - July 11-13. Tony Cole will be in charge of this. The art club has reserved two spaces, allowing members to display three pieces of art. A meeting will be held one week before, to coordinate work schedules for this event.
Bass Tournament - Aug. 22-24. Discussion was held concerning being a sponsor for this event and it was ruled that we cannot give to someone who is not a non-profit organization. We will participate, but not be a sponsor.
The art club has been asked to display paintings at the hospital. There is space for four to six paintings, and the paintings need to be changed monthly. A motion was made by Kathy Fluke and seconded by Barb Albert to have a sign-up sheet for those that want to display their art. All in favor.
A group trip has been put on hold to visit the Jaques Museum.
Questions were raised concerning the Melville painting. Members were assured that this had already been addressed and resolved during the past week.
The meeting was adjourned to allow members to enjoy the End of the Year Potluck Supper.
