The following people have been sentenced for aggravated misdemeanor or felony crimes in Koochiching County District Court.

• Colin W. Cook, 40, Littlefork, was sentenced on June 9 for felony fourth-degree drugs.
He was sentenced to one year one day at the Minnesota Correction Facility in St. Cloud and he was ordered to pay $3,325 fine and fees. The jail time and $2,950 was stayed for 10 years. He was ordered to serve 46 days in jail and placed on 10 years supervised probation. He was ordered to submit to random searches and testing and ordered not to consume drugs. He must follow the recommendations of an evaluation.
• Patrick C. Gamble Jr., 27, Blackduck, was sentenced on Sept. 17, 2007, for felony third-degree burglary.
He was given a stay of imposition of sentence and ordered to serve 30 days jail and pay $142 fine and fees and $500 restitution. He was ordered to supply a DNA sample and submit to random searches.
• William A. Petrick, 45, Salol, was sentenced on April 7 for gross misdemeanor operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was sentenced to one year jail and $3,000 fine. Nine months and the fine were stayed on court conditions and he was placed on three years supervised probation. He was ordered to serve 80 hours with the Sentence to Serve program.
• Jason L. Lund, 38, St. Paul Park, was sentenced on Oct. 29, 2007, for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
He was sentenced to one year jail and $3,330 fine and fees. Eleven months and $2,000 was stayed on court conditions. He was placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to serve 80 hours with the Sentence to Serve program. He must submit to random chemical testing, electronic monitoring and follow the recommendations of an evaluation.
• Donald J. Fish, 28, International Falls, was sentenced on Jan. 28 for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
He was sentenced to one year jail and $3,222 in fine and fees. Nine months and two days and $2,300 was stayed on court conditions. He was placed on supervised probation for three years and ordered to submit to chemical testing. He was ordered to serve 80 hours with the Sentence to Serve program and not to consume, possess alcohol and must follow the recommendations of an evaluation.
• Joseph F. Beitel, 49, International Falls, was sentenced on Nov. 26, 2007, for fifth degree controlled substance crime.
He was given a stay of imposition of sentence and placed on five years supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $1,000 in fine and fees and ordered to submit to random searches and not to posses alcohol or drugs.
• Keith J. Aili, 33, Ray, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor refusal to submit to a test.
He was sentenced to one year jail and ordered to pay $3,217 fine and fees. Eleven months and 20 days and $2,000 was stayed on court conditions and he was placed on two years supervised probation. He was ordered to serve 40 hours with the Sentence to Serve program and to submit to random chemical testing. He was ordered not to posses alcohol or drugs and must follow the recommendations of an evaluation.
• Scott M. Robb, 41, International Falls, was sentenced on June 13 for two counts gross misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
On each count, he was sentenced to one year jail and $3,000 fine. The fine and jail time were stayed on court conditions and he was placed on two years supervised probation.
