Charlotte Ann Ruelle, age 67, of International Falls, Minn., died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2008 at her home.
She was born May 19, 1941, at International Falls, where she had resided all her life.
The former Charlotte Ann Roeder was united in marriage to Daniel Ruelle Aug. 3, 1957, in International Falls. They were happily married for 38 years before his death in 1995.
Charlotte enjoyed puzzles, bingo, playing cards, listening to music, and taking her weekend excursions by car with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George Washington and Nettie (Sadowick) Roeder; and husband, Daniel Ruelle.
Survivors include sons, Ronald (Charlotte L.) Ruelle, Daniel Jr. (Kathleen) Ruelle, and Philip (Melissa) Ruelle, all of International Falls; grandchildren, Chad (Tina) Besch, Mindy (David) Nguyen, Tracy (Derek) Lunser, Francine (Jeffrey) Anderson, Philip Ruelle Jr., Dakota Ruelle and Sierra Ruelle; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Justin Besch; brothers, Charles (Linda) Roeder and William (Margie) Roeder; sister, Nettie Lowther; longtime companion, Ernie Lorenson; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 1, at Green-Larsen Mortuary.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, at Evangelical Covenant Church.
Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
If so desired, memorials would be preferred to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
