Services for Evelyn Trompeter, Ranier, Minn., were conducted Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2008 at Zion Lutheran Church, International Falls. Evelyn passed away at her home, surrounded by her family, Friday, Aug. 22, following her long and courageous battle with cancer. She was 79 years of age.
Pastor Stephen Olson officiated services. Music was performed by Lori Ann Fouts, Jerrod Shermoen and Joe Belanger.
Lectors were Beth Shermoen, Wendy Blackman, Rachel Olson and Sara Olson.
Eulogists were Brian Blackman and Jerrod Shermoen.
Eucharist Ministers were Sue Olson, Sara Olson and Wendy Blackman. Serving as ushers were Lloyd Barg and Jim Leen.
Interment was at the American Legion Cemetery, International Falls.
Memorials are preferred to Zion Lutheran Church or North Star Hospice in memory of Evelyn.
