We Agree: Creating a Parenting Plan, is a 90-minute workshop

University of Minnesota Extension and the Working Family Resource Center are offering an online training on May 21 for parents. “We Agree: Creating a Parenting Plan” is a workshop for parents who care for their children in separate homes.

Decisions need to be made about where children will live, how parents will share parenting time, rules, activities, education and many other elements of daily care.

It gives parents a roadmap to help them develop a parenting plan that meets the needs of their children. Participants will receive a copy of the 52-page booklet “We Agree: Creating a Parenting Plan” at no additional charge.
Instructor is Rose Allen, whose work with for parents and professionals is known nationally and recommended by many family courts. This highly experienced family relations educator with University of Minnesota Extension is also one of the developers of “We Agree: Creating a Parenting Plan.”
The class is being offered over the Internet. Those who wish may participate from any computer with high-speed Internet access. It will be offered from noon to 1:30. Cost for the class is $15.
