Kilee Lynn Dobogai, Bismarck, N.D., and Justin Roy Harmon, Bismarck, N.D., announce their engagement.

Parents are Darryl and Janet Dobogai, International Falls, Minn., and Ron and Marge Harmon, Hazen, N.D.

Kilee graduated in 2002 from East Grand Forks Senior High School, East Grand Forks, Minn., and in 2006 from the University of Mary, Bismarck, N.D. She is employed at United Printing as the general manager of City Magazine.

Justin graduated in 2000 from Hazen High School, Hazen, N.D., and from the Police Academy in Devils Lake, N.D. He is employed at the Burleigh County Sheriff’s Department.

An Oct. 2, 2009, wedding is planned in Bismarck, N.D.
