CITY OF BIG FALLS, ORDINANCE #213,

An Ordinance Adopting a Schedule of Fees and Charges
for Various Services, Licenses and Permits for the
City of Big Falls, Minnesota.

The following is a summary of Ordinance #213 as approved and passed by the City Council on December 8, 2008..

This ordinance repeals and replaces all prior fee schedules. The changes to the prior fee schedule are as follows:

• The fee for a single cemetery lot sale shall be $200.00
• The weekly and monthly camping fees at the municipal campground shall be:
• Electric sites: $102 weekly and $350 monthly
• Primitive sites: $72 weekly and $225 monthly
• Water/Sewer Hookup Site: $120 weekly and $400 monthly

The ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2009.
