THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon plaintiffs' attorney an Answer to the Complaint, which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you
for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects or brings in question real estate situated in the County of Koochiching, State of Minnesota, described as follows:

The West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 SW1/4 SW1/4 SW1/4), Section Two (2), Township Sixty-nine (69), Range Twenty-Four (24);

and

The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2 NW1/4 NW1/4 NW1/4), Section Eleven (11), Township Sixty-nine (69), Range Twenty-Four (24).

The object of this action is to quiet plaintiffs' title to said real estate and to determine the adverse claims of the defendants to the same and the rights of the respective parties therein, and the relief demanded in the Complaint consists wholly in excluding said defendants from any interest in or lien on said real estate and no personal claim is being made against any of said defendants.
