ACCIDENT UPDATE

Alcohol was not involved in an accident that involved two International Falls teens Tuesday.
A vehicle driven by Travis M. Cody, 19, of International Falls, struck a vehicle driven by Caitlin R. Calgaro, 16, of Iron, on Highway 37 at Tamminen Road in St. Louis County, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Calgaro was killed in the collision.
Cody and his passenger, Katie E. Morrisseau, 19, of International Falls, were wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision. It is unknown if Calgaro and her passenger, Brianna J. Smith, 15, of an unknown city, were wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision, according to the State Patrol.
