Collision: A vehicle driven by Jordan J. Pearson, 20, 2758 Town Road 404, collided with a vehicle driven by Peter J. Rutgers, 18, 1010 20th St., Tuesday at the intersection of 15th Street and 11th Avenue West, causing more than $1,000 in damages.

Fire: Firefighters responded a residence, located at 2031 Second Ave. E., filled with smoke. The cause of the smoke was the furnace. Firefighters were at the residence for less than an hour.
