Dr. Elias LeMoine and Dr. JoAnn Wang would like to announce their engagement. Elias is the son of former International Falls residents Chuck and Sandy LeMoine. He is also the grandson of Darlene and Jerry Richards of Effie, the late Clifford LeMoine, and Mamie and Eugene Leggett of the Falls. JoAnn is the daughter of Jing Wang of Chicopee, Mass., and Hung Shung and Dana Wang of Debary, Fla. Elias graduated from Michigan State University in 2003 with a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry and JoAnn graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2002 with a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry. They graduated from Des Moines University in May of 2008 with doctorate of osteopathic medicine degrees and are presently physicians at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Mich. No wedding date has been set.
