In reading through the thread about moving to the Falls, I noticed some readers would love the chance to move back but because of their professions are unable to.

So I'm going to ask, if you want to move back home, what exactly is your job and could that job be created here.

What about those in our area who don't have adequate income and/or benefits, what type of job are you educated for? If that job isn't available now, could it be created?

If you don't have adequate education for a higher paying job with benefits, what is holding you back? Money for school? Time for more schooling?

The conversations have been general, we need more jobs, we need better jobs. I'm asking readers to be specific about what type of job they hold and if it's not here, could it be. If more education is needed, how can we help those wanting it to get it. I'm not asking for specific personal information, just more concrete ideas the leaders in our area can run with.
