The following people have been sentenced in Koochiching County District Court for gross misdemeanor or felony convictions.

• Brandon T. Gooselin, 19, International Falls, felony aid and abet the theft of a motor vehicle, $10,367 fine, court costs and restitution, and three years jail.
Two years of the jail time and $2,500 was stayed on court conditions. He was placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to perform 100 hours community work service.
• Jonathan L. Olson, 20, Mizpah, felony aiding and abetting the theft of a motor vehicle, $3,092 fine and court costs and two years jail.
Two years of the jail time and $2,950 was stayed on court conditions. He was placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to perform 80 hours community work service with the Sentence to Serve program. He was ordered to make restitution jointly and severally.
• Scott T. Ellison, 24, Gastonia, N.C., felony first degree criminal property damage, one year jail and $1,788 restitution.
He was ordered to serve 320 days jail and probation on another sentence was revoked. He was ordered to report to jail one week after the sentencing.
• Christopher D. Leckner, 20, International Falls, felony escape from custody, 15 months jail.
All but 150 days of the jail time was stayed on court conditions and he was placed on five years supervised probation. The county jail time is to be served concurrently with a previous sentence.
• Jesse L. Phillips, 39, Big Falls, gross misdemeanor failure to report an accident, $3,092 fine and court costs and two years jail.
Two years of the jail time and $2,092 was stayed on court conditions. He was placed on two years supervised probation and ordered not to possess or consume alcohol or enter establishments or gatherings where it is being used. He must submit to a search of his person and residence.
• Matthew A. Lavigne, 24, Ranier, gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation resulting in bodily harm, $3,092 fine and court costs and two years jail.
One year of the jail time and $2,950 was stayed on court conditions. He was placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to make restitution.
• Jennifer J. Herrly, 31, International Falls, gross misdemeanor second-degree driving under the influence — two aggravating factors, 0.20 percent or more blood alcohol, $3,000 fine, and three years jail.
Two years jail time and the fine was stayed on court conditions. She was placed on three years, or for the duration of the drug court program, supervised probation.
• George L. Josephs, 73, International Falls, gross misdemeanor second-degree driving under the influence — 0.20 or more blood alcohol, $3,000 fine and three years jail.
The fine and two years of the jail time were stayed on court conditions. He was placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to take part in the drug court program. The sentence is stayed upon completion of the program.
• Duane L. Hammel, 49, International Falls, driving after cancellation, a threat to public safety, $3,160 fine and court costs and one year jail.
He was ordered to serve 45 days of the jail time and $2,500 was stayed on court conditions. He was placed on two years supervised probation and ordered not to consume, use or possess alcohol.
• Steven A. Bassett, 44, Littlefork, gross misdemeanor third-degree driving while intoxicated, $3,392 and two years jail.
One year of the jail time and $2,000 were stayed on court conditions. He was placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to serve 40 hours community work service. He was ordered to follow the recommendations of a chemical use analysis.
