Would an ATV park in Borderland be viable?

Koochiching County has large amounts of public land in remote areas. Many of these areas include old logging roads and paths.

As the state continues to review use of all state forests, it is designating some areas off limits to all-terrain vehicles.

As ATV use continues to be restricted elsewhere in the state, maybe Koochiching should develop, with aid and approval of the state, a grand ATV and dirt bike park. Other areas, such as Gilbert, have developed ATV parks. Users are charged a fee and usually stay in lodging in the area for a couple days of riding. Parking lots there at certain times of the year are filled.

What are your thoughts? Would there be enough folks traveling to the area to use such a park to make it worth the effort and money? Would you use this kind of park.
