The following people have been sentenced for aggravated misdemeanor or felony crimes in Koochiching County District Court.

• Salvatore DiQuinzio, 35, International Falls, was sentenced July 23 for gross misdemeanor furnishing alcohol to a person under 21.
He was sentenced to one year jail and ordered to pay $3,092 fees and court costs. The jail and $2,617 of the fees were stayed on court conditions. He was placed on two years supervised probation.
• Kip R. Oveson, 42, Willmar, was sentenced April 30 for gross misdemeanor driving while under the influence of alcohol.
He was sentenced to one year jail and $3,217 fees and court costs. Stayed was 351 days jail and $2,000. He was placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community work service. He must follow the recommendations of an evaluation, attend a DWI clinic, and may not use alcohol or enter bars or liquor stores.
• Robert J. Greenwaldt, 24, International Falls, was sentenced Aug. 8 for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
He was sentenced to one year jail and $3,217 fine and court costs. Stayed was 355 days jail and $2,000. He was placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to attend a DWI clinic, and may not use or possess alcohol or submit to a random search.
