Collision: Vehicles driven by Dustin J. Lucca, 29, 4452 County Road 90, and Michael J. Skoglund, 47, 4337 Town Road 285, collided due to slippery road conditions at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and Sixth Street Monday, causing more than $1,000 in damages.
Koochiching County Sheriff’s Office
Property damage: Roger D. Logdahl, 3737 County Road 97, reported Monday that a dog had been shot with a rifle. The bullet exited the dog and did not hit any vital organs. The dog was transported to a veterinarian. The incident is under investigation.
International Falls Fire Department
Fire: The fire department responded to a fire at 1601 Third Ave. E. at 9:15 p.m. Monday. Firefighters were at the location for several hours. A space heater caused the fire, according to the fire department.
Fire: Firefighters responded to an electrical fire at 2070 Town Road 492 early Wednesday morning. Firefighters were at the location for about an hour.
