The Icebox Radio Theater is expected to broadcast their next show, “U-20~08,” live on the Internet at 7 p.m. tonight.
Development of a new online radio station, tentatively named “Icebox Radio”’ was part of the IBRT’s arrangement with Rainy River Community College. The station will provide a permanent online broadcasting outlet featuring IBRT plays, events around RRCC, and a selection of audio drama from groups all over the world. The kid’s show tonight will be Icebox Radio’s first live event.
To tune into the new station, go to www.iceboxradio.org [1] and click on the Icebox Radio link. A media player such as iTunes or Winamp is needed to connect to the station.
“U-20 ~ 08” will feature a variety of comedy and dramatic skits and plays for all ages. Admission for the show is free, and the IBRT is asking for a suggested $2 donation. For more information, visit the IBRT Web site at www.iceboxradio.org [2].
