ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

DESKTOP & LAPTOP COMPUTER PROJECT

The School Board of Independent School District #362, Littlefork Minnesota, will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. Thursday, May 15, 2008 at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, Littlefork, Minnesota, for desktop & laptop computers. Bids will be acted upon on May 21, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the regular school board meeting to be held in Littlefork, Minnesota.

Specifications may be secured at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, Littlefork, Minnesota.

An affidavit of non-collusion is required of each bidder and must be attached to each bid. Forms may be obtained from the Office of the Superintendent of Schools.

The school district reserves the right to accept, reject, or waive any informality of any bid and to make an award which is deemed most favorable and advantageous to the school district.

All bids are sealed bids and are to be marked and submitted in accordance with the specifications.

Sealed bids are to be addressed to Mr. Fred Seybert, Superintendent of Schools, ISD #362, 700 Main Street, Littlefork MN 56653, and are to be plainly marked, “BID FOR DESKTOP & LAPTOP COMPUTERS” on the outside of the sealed envelope.
