Collision: A vehicle driven by Ruth L. Vacura, 68, 4202 County Road 107, struck a vehicle driven by Phyllis A. George, 63, Fort Frances, at 1306 Third Ave. W. Tuesday, causing more than $1,000 in damages.

Theft: Several collectible art objects, such as prints and etchings in frames, were reported taken from a residence in Duluth Township Monday. Several other standing art objects taken were made from brass or bronze along with two sets silver flatware and various items of jewelry, decorative boxes and small antiques. Total value of the items taken was more than $20,000.
