The following people have been sentenced for aggravated misdemeanor or felony crimes in Koochiching County District Court.

• Brandon S. Dobbs, 26, Littlefork, was sentenced April 21 for felony fourth-degree drug crime — sale.
He was sentenced to 27 months at the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud.
• Jeffrey S. Briggs, 39, International Falls, was sentenced March 10 to gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation — a danger to public safety, and gross misdemeanor theft — take, use, transfer movable property without owner’s consent.
He was sentenced to one year jail, six months of which was stayed on court conditions. He was placed on three years supervised probation. The sentence is to run concurrently with a previous sentence.
• Adelle K. Mortenson, 40, International Falls, was sentenced March 17 for driving while intoxicated — refuse to submit to test.
She was ordered to one year jail and $3,000 fine. All but seven days of the jail and the fine was stayed on court conditions. She was placed on three years supervised probation.
• Andrew L. Stavish, 27, International Falls, was sentenced Feb. 25 to gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated — refuse to submit to chemical test.
He was sentenced to one year jail and $3,302 fine and court costs. Eleven months and 13 days and $2,000 were stayed on court conditions. He was placed on supervised probation for two years and ordered to perform 40 hours community work service.
• Everett G. Baron, 69, International Falls, was sentenced March 24 to gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
He was sentenced to one year jail and $3,000 fine. The jail and fine were stayed on court conditions and he was sentenced to three years supervised probation.
• Jarrod H. Donnell, 18, International Falls, was sentenced Feb. 20 to felony financial transaction care fraud — use without consent.
Adjudication was withheld and he was ordered to pay $962 in fees and restitution.
• Derek R. Hell, 34, International Falls, was sentenced Aug. 20 for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
He was sentenced to one year jail and $3,217 fine and court costs. Eleven months and 21 days and $2,000 was stayed on court conditions. He was ordered to perform 40 hours with the Sentence to Serve crew and was placed on two years supervised probation.
• Mark T. Kenny, 25, International Falls, was sentenced Aug. 20, 2007, to gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
He was sentenced to one year jail and $3,325 fine and court costs. Eleven months and 21 days and $2,000 was stayed on court conditions. He was placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to perform 40 hours with the Sentence to Serve program.
