Weight Watchers
Weight Watchers will meet Thursdays at Zion Lutheran Church for weighs-in at 11:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., with meetings at 12:15 and 5:45 p.m.

Peace Is The Way event
The community is welcome to gather with The Peace Cell of International Falls between 11:45 a.m. and noon Wednesdays at the City Flagpole. The purpose is to raise collective consciousness with a five-minute silent intention for peace within ourselves, our families, our community, our country and in our world. In case of inclement weather, the group will meet by the memorial inside the courthouse.

‘Francois the Voyageur’
The public is welcome to meet Francois, a voyageur from the fur trade era, from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Woodenfrog State Forest Campground Refectory near Lake Kabetogama. Participants will learn about his life, how he survived, and what he was seeking, and may try their hand at some of his survival skills and play some of his fast paced games. This program is part of the 150th Anniversary for the State of Minnesota. They are celebrating with 150 programs in 150 locations. Programs are sponsored by the Friends of Voyageurs National Park.
