Gearing up for the 2012 presidential and congressional elections, political voices were heard Tuesday during Minnesota’s precinct caucuses. A five-year plan for the International Falls Public Library includes the ideas of a focus group. The International Falls City Council Monday heard about the plan from library Director Diane Adams and Nancy McBride, library board chairwoman.
